The City of Port Angeles seeks to work with regional governments, organizations, and businesses in efforts to transition our local economy to carbon neutral by 2030 while ensuring that all efforts are centered in equity and respect for all community members. The City seeks professional services to develop a) Port Angeles Climate Resiliency Plan that includes mitigations for key target areas, b) 2019 greenhouse gas emissions inventory, and c) work with Northern Arizona University’s FEWsion project. FEWsion stands for ‘Food-Energy-Water’ and is a local community supply chain emergency resilience analysis that creates visualizations to help communities understand the vulnerabilities in their supply chains regarding food, energy, industry, and water.
