Invitation to bid is for an on-call repair and maintenance of the Olympic Discovery Trail between the Elwha River and Morse Creek. Contractors are expected to be able to provide labor, materials, and equipment when issued work. 

Contract will be awarded for three (3) years, with the option to renew for one (1) additional year at the discretion of the City of Port Angeles. Annual NTE value is $100,000.
