The City of Port Angeles (City) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified environmental consulting firms to develop alternative compensatory mitigation strategies to replace an existing landfill seawall beach nourishment permit requirement associated with the Shoreline Conditional Use Permit #2005-SW-02799 (Attachment #1).
