Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be opened on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 6:30 p.m., or soon thereafter. The public hearings will be conducted virtually.  

The purpose of the public hearings is to receive input on the proposed 2021 budget and proposed water and wastewater rates for 2021.

 Written public testimony can be submitted to:, comments will not be read aloud but will be made a part of the record.  

 To provide pre-recorded messages to the City Council by phone, please call 360-417-4504. Messages received will be made a part of the record. Comments should be received by 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 17, 2020.  

 Visit to learn how to participate during public comment, make a public testimony during the public hearing and or watch the meeting live.

Once connected press *3 to raise your virtual hand, if you wish to make a comment or public testimony.  You will be notified when it is your turn to speak.  This access code is good for the November 17 meeting only.
