The October 21, 2020 Public Safety Advisory Board meeting is being conducted under the criteria of Governor Inslee’s Proclamation 20-28, which temporarily changes the rules under the Open Public Meetings Act. This Proclamation is responsible for two notable changes in the way the October 21, 2020 meeting will be conducted.
The proclamation temporarily suspends the requirement that the City provide a physical location and prohibits the attendance of meetings in-person. Each City Public Safety Advisory Board member, staff members, and members of the public may participate in the meeting from separate locations via conference call or by webcast. To call in and provide oral public comment through a telephone line during the public meeting, call 1-844-992-47266 and use the access code: 126 373 1856. This code is valid for the October 21st meeting at 6:00 pm only. During the Public Comment, if you would like to make a comment, press *3 to raise your hand. Once you have raised your hand, you’ll hear the prompt, "You have raised your hand to ask a question. Please wait to speak until the host calls on you."
