Due to a change in conditions, Lincoln Street will be closed completely to north-bound traffic effective immediately all day on Thursday, December 12th for the emergency sanitary sewer main repair (https://www.cityofpa.us/CivicAlerts.aspx?AID=779).
All north-bound traffic will be detoured to Lauridsen Blvd or 8th Street, to Race St, and back to Hwy 101. South-bound traffic will be open but can expect a delay of 10-15 minutes. Use of alternate routes is recommended.
