It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Council Member Jim Moran. The loss of Council Member Moran will be felt throughout the community as he served as elected official for the City Council, as well as, numerous organizations as board member and volunteer.
A celebration of life, including military honor ceremonies, will be held at the Port Angeles Senior Center, 328 E. 7th Street, Port Angeles, at noon on Saturday, November 23rd.
