NOTICE
RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION PETITION
& PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Port Angeles received a Street Vacation Petition, see details below. Petition information may be reviewed in City Hall at the Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED). City Hall is accessible for persons with disabilities. Interested parties are encouraged to submit comment and/or attend the hearing and comment on the proposal and may request a copy of the decision once it’s been made. The Hearing Examiner will conduct a public hearing on November 21, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. to consider and make a recommendation to City Council on a petition to vacate a portion of public right-of-way. Any appeal of the final decision by the City Council shall be filed within 21 days of the decision date.
