Posted on: October 25, 2019[ARCHIVED] Notice of SEPA Determination
Notice is hereby provided that on October 23, 2019 the City of Port Angeles SEPA Official issued a Determination of Non-Significance (No. 1417) under WAC 197-11-340(2) for proposed Municipal Code Amendments related to residential development standards, parking standards, and property segregation. As the lead agency, the City of Port Angeles will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of issuance. The determination, SEPA checklist, and application information may be reviewed in City Hall at the Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED). Written comments must be submitted to DCED at 321 East Fifth St., Port Angeles, Washington, 98362 within 14 days of the date of issuance of the DNS, November 5, 2019.
