[ARCHIVED] Overhead power lines will be replaced in the 1st / 2nd alley between Vine and Liberty Streets

Reconductor

The City of Port Angeles has contracted with Wilson Construction Co. out of Canby, OR to replace overhead power lines in the 1st / 2nd alley between Vine and Liberty Streets.  Work will begin in early November and will finish by mid-December. This project improves the City’s electric distribution system by replacing old overhead conductors along several blocks of commercial businesses. The replacement will also improve reliability and safety.

Our goal is to complete the project with as little inconvenience as possible while keeping the safety of the workers, public, pedestrians and motorists a top priority.  Please remember, when you see our work crews, slow down for safety.

Thank you for your continued patience during this project.

Please note that as with all projects – dates may change and work may be extended depending on weather, progress and conditions.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Brian Anders at (360) 417-4708 or banders@cityofpa.us.
