The Port of Port Angeles will host a Tsunami Hazards and Risks Presentation at the Field Arts and Events Hall on Tuesday, January 20, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
Community members will learn about the recently completed Tsunami Maritime Response and Mitigation Strategy for Port Angeles and the John Wayne Marina, including the hazards and risks in the event of a tsunami in our area.
Presentations will be provided by the U.S. Coast Guard, Clallam County Emergency Management, Washington State Emergency Management Division, Port of Port Angeles, and the Port Angeles Fire Department.
