The City’s phone and internet system is temporarily down due to an Astound service outage. Please note that 9-1-1 emergency services remain operational. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
Do not call to test the 9-1-1 system.
City offices are unable to accept credit/debit cards at this time. Additionally, many staff cannot make or receive phone calls.
The City is working with Astound for restoration of service. We appreciate your patience and will provide an update once the situation is resolved.
