Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Port Angeles will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, starting at 5:00 p.m. This meeting will be conducted as a hybrid meeting. In hybrid meetings, members of the public, Council members, and City staff have the option to attend the meeting in person, in Council Chambers at City Hall located at 321 East 5th Street, Port Angeles, or remotely via telephone or video link. - Comprehensive Plan Updates Regarding the Rayonier Mill: City staff will provide a 5–10-minute presentation on the 2025 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Update, including the results of the community survey regarding the Rayonier Mill site.
- Olympic Environmental Council Presentation: Darlene Schanfald of The Olympic Environmental Council will provide a 10-minute presentation on their involvement in the cleanup over the years.
- Friends of Ennis Creek Presentation: Robbie Mantooth of Friends of Ennis Creek will provide a 10-minute presentation on the importance of Ennis Creek to the community.
- Integral Consulting Presentation: 20-minute presentation by Integral Consulting Inc. summarizing their findings on the 2019 Rayonier Interim Action Report Volume III: Alternatives Evaluation.
D. Community Q&A
- Opportunity for community members to ask questions about the information that was presented.
