- There will be no Garbage Collection on New Year’s Day (January 1). Collections will be done one day later for the remainder of that week. See more details in the table below.

Christmas Tree Recycling
Christmas trees will be picked up in residential neighborhoods during the week of January 5-11, 2025. Trees must be cut to 4-foot lengths and all decorations removed.

For any questions about your Garbage, Recycling and Yard Waste Collection service, please contact the Solid Waste Collections Coordinator at 360-417-4876 during regular office hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.). If you experience an outage or utility-related emergency while offices are closed, please contact the City’s After-Hours Line at (360) 417-4726.
As always, emergency services remain fully operational.
