Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Port Angeles will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, starting at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted as a hybrid meeting. In hybrid meetings, members of the public, Council members, and City staff have the option to attend the meeting in person, in Council chambers at City Hall located at 321 East 5th Street, Port Angeles, or remotely via telephone or video link. The purpose of the special meeting is for City Council to hold an Executive Session under authority of RCW 42.30.110(1)(g), in order to review the performance of a public employee and a closed session under authority of RCW 42.30.140(4)(b) to adopt the position to be taken during the course of professional negotiations, Council will move to the Jack Pittis Conference room to conduct a hybrid meeting. Once the meeting has completed, Council will return to the Council Chambers for their regular meeting at 6:00 p.m. Council may or may not take action during the regular meeting.
