The Precautionary Boil Water Advisory issued on August 28, 2024, for the West 14th Street area (between South N Street and South O Street) has been lifted. Satisfactory water sample results received on Friday, August 30, warranted lifting the notice; impacted residents have been notified by City staff via door hanger.
The advisory was issued out of an abundance of caution to approximately 40 utility customers impacted by a water main break and subsequent repairs. Samples taken in the area were tested and it has been verified that the water is safe to drink and use.
