[ARCHIVED] City Hall Credit Card System Issue Resolved

February 8, 2024 Update: 

The issue impacting the credit card system at City Hall has been resolved. The City has received and installed replacement devices, and City Hall offices are accepting credit and debit card payments once again. We appreciate your patience and cooperation. 

February 6, 2024 Original News Flash:

Please be advised that the credit card machine used for taking payments at City Hall is down today (February 6th). Our offices are unable to accept credit/debit cards at this time. We do not yet have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved. 

Customers can still make payments at City Hall for utilities and other fees via cash, check or money order. 

Utility customers can also make utility bill payments (click here to learn more): 

  • Online at https://ipn2.paymentus.com/rotp/cpaw
  • Over the phone by calling toll free 844-446-6249 
  • Using the utility bill drop box, located just outside of City Hall at 321 E 5th Street (checks, only)
