Customers can receive funding through OlyCAP for past due utility account balances. This funding expires on July 31st. To apply online, visit https://olycap.org/energy-assistance/ or call 360-452-4726.
Additionally, the City has invited OlyCAP to be onsite at City Hall on Friday, July 21st and July 28th from 9:00am to 2:00pm to assist utility customers in need.
Applications must be submitted by July 31st and need to include the following:
- Photo ID for all household members 18 and older.
- Proof of Social Security Numbers for all household members.
- Proof of earned and unearned income for all household members 18 and older.
- A Copy of your current utility bill, or proof of account with your energy provider.
