Special Meeting Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Public Safety Advisory Board of the City of Port Angeles will hold a special meeting on Thursday, February 2, 2022, starting at 6:00 p.m.  The special and regular meetings will be conducted as hybrid meetings.  In hybrid meetings, members of the public, Board members, and City staff have the option to attend the meeting in person, in Council chambers at City Hall located at 321 East 5th Street, Port Angeles, or remotely via telephone or video link.  For those attending remotely, learn how to participate during public comment and or watch the meeting live by visiting: https://www.cityofpa.us/Live-Virtual-Meetings Listening and webcast options will be available at www.cityofpa.us.

The purpose of the special meeting is for the Public Safety Advisory Board to appoint committee members for the Fire and Police 2023 plan that would work in conjunction with Fire and Police on Advocacy.  The Public Safety Advisory Board will also review the Board’s 2021-2022 workplan as well as review and consider the list of priorities and goals provided by Brian Smith, Police Chief and Derrell Sharp, Fire Chief.  The Board may then make changes to the Board’s 2022-2023 workplan.
