Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given there will be two public hearings held on June 7, 2022 at 6:30 p.m., or soon thereafter. Listening and webcast options will be available at  The City will determine if the meeting shall be held virtually or as a hybrid meeting (open to the public with virtual attendance available) when the June 7, 2022 City Council agenda is created on June 2, 2022. The City will hold virtual meetings when a meeting cannot be held with “reasonable safety”. “Without reasonable safety” means that the COVID-19 risk is Moderate or High, per the dashboard located at at the time the meeting is advertised. 

The purpose of the first public hearing is to receive input on the Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) and Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) for 2023-2028.

The purpose of the second public hearing is is to receive input on the Draft Climate Resiliency Plan

Written public testimony can be submitted to:  Comments will not be read aloud but will be made a part of the record.  To provide pre-recorded messages to the City Council by phone, please call    360-417-4504. Messages received will be made a part of the final record. Comments should be received by   2:00 p.m. June 7, 2022.
