The Parks & Recreation Department would like to share some important updates regarding vehicle parking at Lincoln Park.
Lincoln Park is a popular destination for recreation, community gatherings, and special events. With so many activities taking place, we’ve made a few changes to parking to better serve both daily visitors and those attending events at the Loomis Rental Facility.
The following will take effect on Wednesday, October 1:
- Parking for Special Events and Rental Facility Access: The parking area next to the Loomis Building will be reserved for organized groups, events, and activities coordinated through the Parks & Recreation Department. A gate has been installed and can be opened during scheduled events to ensure there is parking available for attendees.
- Additional General Parking: To support other park goers, we’ve added twenty additional parking spaces just north of the Loomis Building (at the location of the old tennis courts), and with easy access to the surrounding park and ponds.
