The Precautionary Boil Water Advisory issued on Friday, June 13, for the area between Pine and Cedar Streets has been lifted. Satisfactory water sample test results received on Tuesday, June 17, warrant lifting the notice. Impacted residents are being notified by City staff via door hanger.
The Precautionary Boil Water Advisory was issued of out an abundance of caution to approximately 159 utility customers impacted by the break and subsequent repairs. This advisory is now lifted; water samples taken in the area have been tested and it has been verified that the water is safe to drink and use.
