[ARCHIVED] Notice of a Special Meeting of the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee

Special Meeting Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee will hold a hybrid Special Meeting on Thursday, March 20th starting at 10:00 am in the City Hall Council Chambers, located at 321 East 5th Street in Port Angeles. Listening and webcast options will be available at www.cityofpa.us. The meeting will be conducted as a hybrid meeting. In hybrid meetings, members of the public, Lodging Tax Advisory Committee members, and City staff have the option to attend in person or remotely via telephone or video link.

The agenda topics for this special meeting of the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee may include:

  • Committee consideration to utilize $238,751 from the excess reserves to fully fund any applications that were not previously recommended for full funding or were underfunded as part of the Lodging Tax 2025 budget and to consider the applications outside the scope of previously determined funding category limits. Committee action may follow. 
  • Review the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee Guidance Document. Committee action may follow.
