City Logo

The City’s phone system is currently down due to a widespread Astound service outage affecting organizations throughout the area.

What’s Impacted

This means that most non-emergency City staff cannot receive, make, or retrieve phone calls.

What’s Still Working

Please note that 911 emergency services remain fully operational and are not affected by this outage. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 9-1-1.

The Port Angeles Regional Transfer Station and Blue Mountain Transfer Station also remain fully operational.

The City has communicated with Astound regarding restoration of service; the estimated repair time is currently at least two hours. To reach us by email, please see below or visit our online Staff Directory.

We appreciate your patience during this time and will provide an update once the situation is resolved.
