The Precautionary Boil Water Advisory issued on October 2, 2024, for the West 18th Street area (between South O Street and Reyes Street) has been lifted. Satisfactory water sample results received on Friday, October 4, warranted lifting the notice; impacted residents were notified on Friday via door hanger.
The advisory was issued out of an abundance of caution to approximately 15 utility customers impacted by a water main break. Samples taken in the area were tested and it has been verified that the water is safe to drink and use.
