The Precautionary Boil Water Advisory issued for the intersection of 7th Street and S Liberty Street in Port Angeles. has been lifted. Satisfactory water sample results received on Thursday, July 4, 2024, warranted lifting the notice; impacted residents were notified by City staff via door hanger this afternoon.
The advisory was issued out of an abundance of caution to approximately 18 utility customers impacted by a water main break and subsequent repairs. Samples taken in the area were tested and it has been verified that the water is safe to drink and use.
