2023 Wastewater Comprehensive Plan 

The Wastewater Comprehensive Plan functions as a tool that the City can use to evaluate the existing sewer system and meet the needs of existing customers, as well as plan for future collection and treatment requirements. The new draft formally updates the 2006 Wastewater Comprehensive Plan. This document considers projections for 10-year and 20-year periods out to 2040, and impacts the direction of future wastewater utility operation, maintenance, the City's Capital Improvement Plan, and the level of service provided by the utility. Recently Completed Projects

Lincoln Street Safety Project

Completed in 2022, the Lincoln Street Safety Project made significant improvements for the Lincoln Street corridor, with a focus on improving traffic and pedestrian safety.[Link to Page]

Stormwater Source Control Ordinance Development

The City of Port Angeles developed a regulatory source control program that requires businesses to take measures to stop water pollution before it enters the stormwater system. The development of this program is a requirement of the Department of Ecology’s Western Washington Phase II Stormwater Permit. [Link to Page]

ADA Improvements - Francis Street
