To determine your residential water rate, take your water base price ($40.86 per month) and add:

Outside City - No Discounts
The city also supplies water to limited areas outside the city limits. Other specific customers outside city limits have a different flat water rate. Please contact Customer Service for more information.
For your outside city water rate, take your water base price ($61.29 per month) and add:

Stormwater utility charges are charged separately in your annual property tax statement from Clallam County.
The annual stormwater utility charge for each single-family and duplex residential property is $204.14.

Residential Medic I
The rate for Medic I is $12.37 per unit.
Solid Waste Self Haul Rates:
- Minimum Charge $10 up to 100 pounds
- Municipal Solid Waste: $193.98 per ton
- Metal for Recycling and Appliances: $78.40 per ton
- Tires: $184.48 per ton (no commercial loads accepted)
- Asbestos: $411.02 per ton (has additional disposal requirements)
- Contaminated Soils: $218.52 per ton
- Stumps, sod, rocks, dirt, and soil: $193.98 per ton
- Appliances and Metal for Recycling: $78.40 per ton
- Must be in separate loads to qualify for the lower rate.
- There is an additional environmental fee of $25.82 per refrigerator or freezer
- Units must be empty of garbage and door removed
