The City is requesting letters of interest and a supporting proposal from qualified developers to finance, design, permit, construct, own, operate, manage and maintain a landfill gas-to-energy or other beneficial use project at the City's landfill.

Building trades, roads, landscaping services, traffic signal installation, facility maintenance and repair, tree trimming and removal, utility repair and installation (communication, electrical, sanitary, storm drain, drainage, fencing, concrete, water) and others.
