PUBLIC RECORDS It is the policy of the City of Port Angeles to provide efficient and thorough access to the City's records in accordance with applicable law. Most records are available for public inspection and copying. However, some are not. Both State and Federal law place restrictions on access to certain records.
Each Department of the City has a procedure to providing "over the counter" records. Such records may be provided immediately, and generally are readily identifiable, located at a single source, and routinely made available to the public.

4. ACCESSING A DOCUMENT
Once the document is open you can use the up and down arrows to scroll through the pages. However, the easiest way to navigate through a document is to download a version in PDF format.
Audio recordings will require that your computer have a media reader installed on your machine. Audio recordings are usually very large files. It is recommended that you download the file to your computer first, and then listen to the recording from there. To do so, rather than left click, right click on the recording you wish to hear.
What is PDF?
PDF(or Adobe Portable Document Format) is a format that captures a document so that it is viewable and printable on just about any computer. To view a PDF document, you must have the free reader installed. Installation is quick and very easy......
Downloading a PDF Version
Once you have located the document you want, simply click the PDF icon to download into PDF format.
The location of the icon on the screen is highlighted in the red box in the graphic below.
Depending on the length of the document, the downloading process may take a few minutes. Please wait for the download to complete.
5. PRINTING Print the document through the printer settings for either your browser or Adobe PDF Reader. Most programs use File / Print, or have a printer icon on the menu bar.
