Your Fire Department is dedicated to improving the quality of life for the citizens and visitors of the City while providing a board range of services designed to save lives and property.

Call 911
should you have an emergency,
or call 417-4660 for general information. Listen to your local radio station 1450 AM. Refer to your telephone book for information regarding other emergency assistance. Make sure you have stored a minimum of one gallon of water, per person, per day.

A smoke detector or smoke alarm is a device that detects smoke and issue an alarm to alert nearby people that there is a potential fire.

An estimated 890 lives could be saved each year if all homes had working smoke alarms.

CPR & First Aid Classes
First Aid ClassesYou must register, and pay in advance, for any First Aid or CPR class. This can be done prior to the date of the class at the Port Angeles Fire Department, during regular business hours.

Classes will be held at the Fire Department station located at 102 East 5th Street in Port Angeles.

CPR & AED Classes
This is a 3 to 4 hour class covering adult CPR and AED

Cost: $20.00 per person
Time: 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Basic First Aid Classes
This is an eight-hour class covering basic first aid, adult CPR,
child/infant CPR and AED.
Cost: $45.00 per person
8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

May 8, June 12, July 10
August 14, September 11, October 9, Novembr 13
