Customer Services Division is responsible for providing centralized cashiering, meter reading, utility billing, credit and collection, and customer service.
These services in turn support of the City's electric, water, wastewater, and solid waste utilities.
Additionally, central switchboard operations are the responsibility of this division.

CITY HALL FRONT COUNTER HOURS As a cost saving measure, City Council has approved to reduce City Hall Front Counter service hours. This change in operation reduces over-time and on-call help costs, while providing more timely posting of payments and more efficient collection processing.
BUSINESS HOURS City Hall Building: Monday – Friday / 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
City Hall Front Counter Service, Switchboard Hours & City Clerk: Monday – Thursday / 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Friday / 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Utility payments, sign ups, disconnects and changes in service for garbage and recycling service are accepted and processed during the new Front Counter Service Hours. Utility payments can be mailed to P.O. Box 1150, Port Angeles, deposited in drop boxes located both inside and outside of City Hall, and at a receptacle at Grandview Grocery. Utility payments can also be made online at no extra charge.
Other divisions of City Hall, including Planning, Building Permits, Public Works, Engineering, Parks & Recreation (located in the Vern Burton), and the City Manager's office will be open Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Port Angeles Police Department lobby Iis open Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Emergency phones are located near the Police Department lobby entrances.
Cashiering Customer Service provides centralized cashiering, credit and collection, and customer service in support of the on-line access to utility information and payments.

Central Switchboard When you call 360-457-0411 you are connected with our central switchboard system. The customer service representative will be happy to direct your call to the department you need. The central switchboard also handles email messages sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and will direct them accordingly.
Reprographics Responsible for running the mailroom/copy center. Staffed via a contract with Diversified Resource Center, Reprographics provides assistance in running large copy jobs, delivers packages and faxes, picks up and delivers mail to the post office, stuffs and mails utility bills, and posts the every day mail as well.
