After a successful first season, the City of Port Angeles Parks and Recreation Department will be continuing the Park Host Program at the central location of Erickson Park! With this volunteer position comes the opportunity to represent the community to visitors while providing a positive, helpful, and informative presence in our City Park. We are looking for applicants to fill the position preferably on a monthly basis beginning in April and running through the following October.
We will have an RV Pad with full hookups available (plus Wi-Fi), and have plenty of on-site amenities such as a covered picnic shelter, four full-size tennis courts, a skate park, pump track, grass field beside a calisthenics park, and is home to the Dream Playground, a large, community-built play structure with features for all ages. Additionally, it is located just minutes down the road from the Olympic National Park for quick access to the beautiful Pacific Northwest!
