New Customer Service Hours & Online Payments Available

Effective February 1st, 2018, Customer Service hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. These hours are due to the success of making utility bill and permit payments online or by phone.

Both online and phone payment options are powered by a third party vendor that specializes in secure, electronic payment solutions and accepts:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover
  • Debit Cards: Visa and MasterCard
  • Electronic Checks (echecks)
