  1. Online Payment Options Now Available



    The City of Port Angeles is happy to announce that customers can once again make utility bill and permit payments online. Additionally, the City has implemented a new, easy-to-use automated system that allows customers to pay by phone.

    Both online and phone payment options are powered by a third party vendor that specializes in secure, electronic payment solutions and accepts:

    • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover
    • Debit Cards: Visa and MasterCard
    • Electronic Checks (echecks)
